Exam Practice Hub sells digital practice exams and study resources. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@exampracticehub.com with the email used at checkout and the course name. We review refund requests for wrong-course purchases, account access issues, payment issues, duplicate charges, technical problems, or customer dissatisfaction. Accepted refund requests are processed to the original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider. Practice materials are educational resources and do not guarantee a passing score or any specific exam result.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact support@exampracticehub.com first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting support may result in account termination.
