DMCA / Copyright Infringement Procedure

Exam Practice Hub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all elements required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512):

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Exam Practice Hub, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Exam Practice Hub in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
